3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order weight.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- For perishable products, special packaging is used to maintain quality during transit.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we have specific return and refund policies:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable food products, customized gift boxes, and items purchased during promotional sales are non-returnable unless defective.
